For their Return Policy, they accept all returns within 60 days of purchase. However, personalized items, including items that have been engraved, are non-returnable. All returned or exchanged items should be in their original condition. To return an item, you need to return all items in good condition, with the original invoice and packaging. Indicate on the invoice why the item was returned and write the word ‘return’ on the invoice. Include your daytime phone number in case they need to contact you.

For their Exchange Policy, to exchange an item, send back the original item with the invoice. Write on the invoice what product you would like to purchase instead, including item name, item number, and length or size (if applicable). Write the word ‘exchange’ on the invoice. Include your phone number in case their customer service team needs to clarify any details. If you return the original item in good condition, they will refund you for that item, and charge your account for the new item you would like to receive. All returns and exchanges should be shipped via the US Postal Service to their P.O. Box. They can only accept returns and exchanges when they are sent to the P.O. Box address.
